We Loved Everything about this B&B!

We were very happy with all aspects of this lovely Bed & Breakfast. It was like stepping back in time, the owners have done a wonderful job of retaining most of the historic value of the house while upgrading the bathrooms to modern times yet keeping them within the period. It is centrally located within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants downtown with ample parking. The owners are very friendly and make you feel like you are visiting friends. The breakfasts are gourmet, very tasty, lots of food and you will definitely not be eating lunch afterwards. Overall, this was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a premium B&B.

"Home away from Home"

Just returned from a three night stay at The Secret Garden. What a wonderful experience we had. The Historic House is in a residential area just over 5 min. walk from the centre of Kingston - no need to use the car here. Warren and Gary are the perfect hosts available with helpful information if you need it but not in your face. Breakfast was always freshly prepared and included Gary's Mum's homemade jam. Personally I think she could have a nice cottage industry going selling her jams, as I for one, would have happily purchased a few jars of her Strawberry Jam to take home, it was super delicious. Every comfort has been thought of and the rooms are exactly as you see them on their website and immaculately clean. If you are in the Kingston area this is the place to stay.
